Support summary: Contact support@oyu.ml for help with account access, events, payments, notifications, technical issues, or account deletion requests.
1. Contact Support
For help with the JCI Mobile App, account access, event registration, payments, notifications, or technical issues, contact the support team at support@oyu.ml.
Please include your name, email address, JCI chapter or organization if applicable, the device type you are using, and a short description of the issue. Screenshots, transaction IDs, or event names can help us respond more quickly.
2. App Access and Accounts
Some features may require an approved account, invitation, membership status, or administrator permission. If you cannot sign in or access a feature, confirm that you are using the email address associated with your account and that your chapter or administrator has approved access where required.
If you suspect unauthorized account activity, password misuse, or incorrect profile information, contact support@oyu.ml as soon as possible.
3. Events, Registration, and Payments
For event registration questions, check the event details in the App first. Schedules, capacity, location, eligibility, and participation requirements may be updated by the relevant organizer or administrator.
If your payment or ticket status is not reflected correctly, include your payment confirmation, transaction ID, event name, and account email when contacting support.
4. Notifications and Device Settings
If you are not receiving push notifications, confirm that notifications are enabled for the JCI Mobile App in your device settings. Some announcements, event reminders, or account notices may also depend on your selected preferences and chapter access.
If notifications still do not arrive after permissions are enabled, contact support with your device model, operating system version, and app version if available.
5. Account or Data Deletion Requests
Users may request account deletion or personal information assistance by contacting support@oyu.ml. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.
Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backup, or event administration purposes, as described in the Privacy Notice.
6. Response Time
Support requests are reviewed by Oyu Intelligence LLC. We aim to respond within a reasonable time based on request urgency, issue complexity, and operational availability.
Security, payment, and account-access issues should be marked clearly in the email subject so they can be prioritized appropriately.
