1. Copyright Ownership
The JCI Mobile App, including its software, interface, layout, text, graphics, features, databases, and related materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Unless otherwise stated, the App and related materials are owned by or licensed to Oyu Intelligence LLC. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
2. JCI Names, Marks, and Materials
JCI-related names, marks, logos, chapter names, event names, photographs, documents, and partner materials may belong to their respective owners and are used in the App only where authorized or otherwise permitted.
Nothing on this website or in the App grants any right to use JCI-related names, logos, marks, or third-party materials without proper authorization from the applicable rights holder.
3. User Content
Users may submit profile information, messages, images, documents, feedback, and other materials through the App. Users remain responsible for the content they submit and must have the rights and permissions needed to submit it.
By submitting content, users grant the Operator the limited rights needed to host, store, display, transmit, moderate, secure, and operate the App and related services, as described in the Terms and Conditions.
4. Restrictions on Use
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App or its materials except where expressly authorized in writing or permitted by applicable law.
Automated scraping, unauthorized extraction, bulk copying, or reuse of App content, databases, design, or code is prohibited unless separately authorized.
5. Copyright Concerns and Takedown Requests
If you believe content in the App infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, contact support@oyu.ml with enough information for us to review the request.
- Your name and contact information.
- A description of the copyrighted work or protected material.
- The location of the allegedly infringing content in the App or website.
- A statement explaining why you believe the use is unauthorized.
- Any supporting documents or ownership information that may help us verify the request.
We may remove, restrict, or preserve content where appropriate based on the request, applicable law, platform rules, and operational needs.
